ALL dentists - 3 hrs of the 30 hrs. must relate to at least one of the following topics (courses do not have to be approved by Kentucky Board): 1. The Kentucky electronic Rx monitoring system (KASPER); 2. Pain Mgmt.; or 3. Addiction disorders. Each licensee must take a Kentucky CHFS-approved 2 hour course on HIV and AIDS every 10 years (live or HS) and this may be applied towards the 30 hr. req. per renewal.

A minimum of ten (10) hours must be taken in a live interactive presentation format.
