Infection Control for New York Health Professionals: 2019 Update
This course reviews how blood borne pathogens may be transmitted in the work environment. The course follows the syllabus for infection control and prevention, issued by the New York State Department of Health and State Education Department. OSHA standards and CDC guidelines are incorporated throughout the course.
This course is designed to help health care professionals recognize the signs and symptoms that indicate child abuse or maltreatment and assist in effectively fulfill their roles as mandated reporters in New York state.
