You will know your certificate is locked when there is a lock icon next to the certificate link in your course dashboard. Your certificate will be locked by default until the course is 100% complete. However, there are scenarios when your certificate will remain locked even after the course is finished. To uncover the reason, click “More Info.” See below.
When a certificate is locked, it is typically for one of the following two reasons:
- The required survey is not completed.
- There is an unpaid balance on the account.
If you need to complete the required survey, all you need to do is click the “Online Survey” button on the course card and submit the survey. Once completed, your certificate should unlock.
If there is an unpaid balance, all you will need to do is click the “Buy Now” button on your course card to settle the balance (see below). If you have already paid for this course and you believe you are getting this in error, feel free to contact us and we will get it straightened out.
