Dr. Fletcher is the Director of the Geriatric Nurse Clinical Practice Program and Research Associate at the Riverside Center for Excellence in Aging and Lifelong Health, Newport News, Virginia.  She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing at the University of Virginia School of Nursing, Charlottesville, Virginia.
